THE SEAN CULTURE STANDARD: RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Sean Culture, every piece is an expression of uncompromising quality. We stand firmly behind the craftsmanship of our collections and meticulously inspect every piece before it leaves our hands. To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our brand, we operate with a highly curated, strict resolution policy.

WHAT WE COVER

We offer a 30-day claim window strictly dedicated to rectifying errors on our end. We will gladly accept returns and resolve your order only for the following reasons:
 * Manufacturing defects
 * Items heavily damaged upon arrival
 * Incorrect items sent

WHAT WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE

Because our collections are carefully curated, all sales are otherwise final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:
 * Change of mind
 * Incorrect size or style selection
 * General dissatisfaction with the piece

Style Note: We highly recommend consulting our sizing guides and detailed product descriptions to ensure your absolute confidence before placing an order.

HOW TO INITIATE A CLAIM

If your piece arrives compromised or incorrect, we want to make it right immediately. While your overarching claim window is 30 days from delivery, you must initiate the process within 7 days of noticing the issue.

Step 1: Contact Our Concierge

Email us at support@seanculture.com as soon as you notice the flaw.

Step 2: Provide the Details

To ensure a swift review, your email must include:
 * Your original Order Number
 * A brief, clear description of the defect or error
 * Clear, well-lit photographs showcasing the issue

Step 3: Our Review

Our team will personally review your submission and reply within approximately 2 business days with the next steps.

Step 4: Return Shipping

Upon approval, we will provide you with a specific return address optimized for your current geographical location.
Please note: Sean Culture does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Clients are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage.

Step 5: Your Replacement

Once your returned garment is received and verified at our facilities, your resolution will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. We will then craft and dispatch a flawless replacement to you at absolutely no additional cost.
